I. Products
EasyBlog Themes complies with the international standards in providing its clients with the following products: WordPress Themes, Web Design PSD, Bootstrap HTML Template, WordPress Plugins, and More.
EasyBlog Themes provides its clients with a high level of service and guarantees quality web designs in a number of computer programming languages including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and PHP among others.
a. Pricing and Invoicing
We offer subscription packages that are available for 1-year subscription fee based on our standard pricing. However, clients or customers can also purchase items individually. Each theme has its own price. Themes can be purchased based on the license –single application, multiple application and extended application. Once an order is placed to EasyBlog Themes shop, it automatically means that the client has purchased the said item. Once the client/customer has paid the said item, he/she will have an account with direct access to the download the item.
b. Licenses
Use of an item is bound by the license you purchase. A license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use and incorporate the item in your personal or commercial projects. There are several licenses available:
Single Application License
1. Your use of the item is restricted to a single installation.
2. You may use the item in work which you are creating for your own purposes or for your client.
3. You must not incorporate the item in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your client.
4. The item may not be redistributed or resold.
5. If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
6. If the item was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the item is subject to the terms of the GPL in place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies).
Multiple Applications License
1. Your use of the item may extend to multiple installations.
2. You may use the item in work which you are creating for your own purposes or for your clients.
3. You must not incorporate the item in a work which is created for redistribution or resale by you or your clients.
4. The item may not be redistributed or resold.
5. If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.
6. If the item was created using materials which are the subject of a GNU General Public License (GPL), your use of the item is subject to the terms of the GPL in place of the foregoing conditions (to the extent the GPL applies).
Extended License
This license must be purchased if you intend to license, sublicense, redistribute, or resell the final product.
1. Your use of the item may extend to multiple installations.
2. You may use the item in work which you are creating for your own purposes or for your clients.
3. You may license, sublicense, redistribute, or resell the item in the following circumstances:

5. if you modify the item and resell the end product.
6. If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.

II. Users
2.1. Clients
As the customer, you are regarded as a client and have the sole responsibility to approve the proposed design layout before the website development process will commence.
2.2. Designers and Developers
Only trademarks, service marks, and codes that are owned by the individual designer can be used in the design and development of the website. Any materials other than those owned by the designer should be purchased accordingly, complete with license and rights to reproduce such materials.
These terms also apply on copyrighted materials like photos, graphics, tag-lines, and the themes that will be used in the design project. Failure to acquire license and copyrights on any materials means that the designer is forbidden to use them on all projects under EasyBlog Themes.
Any information provided is your responsibility. You are required to seek for permission from the concerned people or company on all materials that will be incorporated as content for the website. EasyBlog Themes is not responsible on the information that you will provide. You approve to keep the Company safe, protected, and defended against any claim or lawsuit arising from the use of media and content that you supplied for the project.
III. Intellectual Property
Copyrights for the completed web designs, graphics, pages, images, codes and source files that were created by EasyBlog Themes and all other Intellectual property rights all belong to EB Themes unless there is an agreement prior to the contract has commenced. These Terms of the Agreement allows non-exclusive limited licenses on the said materials but only on the extent that this website is limited to be used by a single entity, or the client. Permission is not given for use of the design on other websites unless there is a written agreement made beforehand between the client and the EasyBlog Themes.
It is forbidden to sell or distribute the completed files in the website when there is no written agreement by the client and EasyBlog Themes. You agree to follow by the terms and conditions set forth by the third party software or any media that was included in your project. Examples of third party software are the following: Google Maps, RSS feeds, Open Source GPL Software, among others. The EasyBlog Themes are allowed to utilise web templates provided that we have the property rights of the materials including the right to use it and claim that the final design output as part of our portfolio or showcase.
IV. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
You agree that every information you gave and will be demanded from you are correct and are not offensive or against the law. They shall also be not misleading in any way. Passwords should be kept confidential and it is your responsibility to maintain its secrecy. You are also responsible to protect your account against unauthorised access by any person.
4.1 TERMINATION
You hereby accept and agree that EasyBlog Themes have the right to terminate the all its services and its involvement with you, any time within the introductory, negotiation, or the facilitation process, with a written notice. We reserve the right not to provide any explanation or a specific reason for the termination of services. You agree that EB Themes does not incur any financial obligation or legal liabilities towards you for this event.
This Agreement is subject to termination at any time if:
(a) your website is found to contain illegal material that is pornographic, offensive and radically abusive in nature and may cause damage on the EB Themes reputation; (b) you have committed material breach on any part of this agreement; (c) you entered into a liquidation, either as a receiver or appointed administrator or entered into a negotiation with your creditors or cease and/ or threaten to stop to trade; (d) you refuse to pay EasyBlog Themes.
You will be given seven days to settle your obligation before any termination of our Agreement.
V. Copyright/Trademark Information.

VI. General Information
EasyBlog Themes has the right to make changes on this Agreement without the need to give advance notice on its users. Using the EasyBlogThemes.com site after such modifications establishes an agreement between you and the EasyBlog Themes and that you bind yourself to the Agreement and the subsequent changes.
